Talk to the people who build Rowhouse.
Rowhouse is a small, independent, open-source project. There's no call center and no ticket queue, just the people who write the code reading what you send. Pick the channel that fits, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We're based in Berkeley, CA.
01. Support and bugs
Something broke, or something's missing.
Open an issue on GitHub. Tell us the film or track you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead. If the sync didn't lock, say what you were watching on (Netflix, a Blu-ray, a projector) and roughly how loud the room was. Feature ideas are welcome there too.
02. Security
Found a vulnerability? Tell us privately.
Please don't file exploitable bugs as public issues. Open a private security advisory on the repository instead. We'll confirm we've seen it, work on a fix, and credit you if you'd like.
03. Content and copyright
Report a track, a room, or a creator.
Rowhouse never hosts films, only commentary that creators record over them. If a commentary track, live chat, or creator profile is abusive, infringing, or otherwise breaks the rules, report it in a GitHub issue with a link to the page and a short description of the problem. Rights holders sending a copyright notice should include the work, the infringing URL, and how to reach them.
04. Creators
Want to host a commentary?
You don't need to ask anyone. Sign in, open the studio, and go live over a film, or upload a track you've already recorded. If you're planning something bigger, like a festival watch-along or a series, open a GitHub issue and we'll help you set it up.
